Our work brings together education, healthcare, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), livelihoods, peacebuilding, advocacy, climate action, and technology to address the interconnected challenges that prevent people from reaching their full potential.

Why MCHI Was Founded
Every thriving community begins with people who are empowered to shape their own future. Yet across many communities, barriers such as poverty, inequality, limited access to quality education and healthcare, unemployment, conflict, and the effects of climate change continue to limit opportunities for millions.
MCHI was founded on the belief that these challenges cannot be solved independently. Sustainable development requires integrated solutions that place people at the center, strengthen local capacity, and create opportunities that endure for generations.
